When we first realised our job in there, we assumed a local brochure... however this is the English-speaking international brochure. Off Grid FAQ’s

The Generator we install is your safety net. This will ensure that you are protected when:
A: The sun is no longer out and you are running off your batteries, if you use all this power your generator will switch on and re charge your batteries
B: System Overload: will provide backup incase of a system overload and too much power has been drawn from the solar system
C: Life happens; In the rare case of system failure you can ensure you will have backup power with your generator.

Off Grid System: it is recommended to get the panels cleaned and system serviced every two years to ensure maximum efficiency. If you are due for a service, please call our office and we will schedule you in with one of our CEC Off Grid accredited Electricians.
Generator: Please refer to your specific generators’ owners manual. Most generators require a service once a year at a minimum.

All batteries that we install are Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) this is known as the safe lithium chemistry.
